- As an alternative, you can use the ATM Shuttle to Milan Dateo (leaves every 30 minutes in front of the airport; timetale at: https://www.milano-aeroporti.it/linate-shuttle/index.html), and then change to the suburban train S13 to Pavia (every 30 minutes; S13 schedule: http://www.trenord.it/it/servizi/motore-orario.aspx ).
- You can pass by Milan Central Station (Milano Stazione Centrale) that you can reach either by bus (25 minutes; timetables at http://www.milanolinate.eu/en/accessibilita-e-parcheggi/means-of-transport/by-coach and http://www.milanolinate.eu/en/accessibilita-e-parcheggi/means-of-transport/arriving-by-public-transport) or by taxi (15 minutes), then trains to Pavia (25-40 minutes; train schedules at: http://www.trenitalia.it).
